We would like to inform you that we will be performing scheduled maintenance on our platforms underlying infrastructure. During the maintenance the following Mambu functionality will be impacted:
- Generation of new API Consumers / API Keys / Secret keys will be disabled, however all API requests will be functioning as expected.
The operations that will be restricted aren’t part of any critical business flow and they are triggered only during 2 specific use cases:
- One Api Key expires and it has to be rotated ( a secret key is needed ) or a new Api Key has to be created to replace the expired one
- Client creates another integration with Mambu and they create all the new Api Keys under a new Api Consumer ( think of it as a namespace )
Before approving the release window it would be ideal that the client will check his keys expiration time under Administration > Access > API Consumers tab and proactively rotate the keys that are set to expire exactly during the maintenance window, if any. ( if nothing is shown under Expiration Time column it means that the key is set to never expire )
